Our Policies
We hope you enjoy your stay at the Boab Caravan Park. We aim to make your stay as safe and enjoyable as possible and request that you adhere to the following requests regarding your stay at the Boab.
In order to make the best of your stay, we ask that you follow these simple guidelines:
Cancellation Policy
No refund within 24 hrs of expected arrival.
2 to 14 days prior to check in 50% refund, minus a $20 admin fee.
15+ days prior to check in 100% refund, minus a $20 admin fee.
Check In Time
Check in time in 2pm. If site is required earlier please call ahead to pre arrange. We cannot guarantee, but will do our best to accommodate you.
Check Out Time
Check out time is 10am. If you wish to stay longer, please visit reception and we will endeavour to extend your stay on your current site, or allocate you a new site.
Caravan Parking
Please help us maintain the lawn by not driving, camping, or erecting anything on it. We also ask that you use the grey water outlet provided.
Security
Thieves do not take holidays. Please be security conscious and watch out for your gear. Pack and lock away your belongings when not in use.
Vehicle Washing
If you would like to wash any vehicles please see reception first. A small fee will apply.
Alternatively, there is a car wash located across from the Visitor Information Centre on Lindsay Street.
Children
Children must be supervised, especially around the pool, barbeques and amenities block.
No Dump Point
We do not have a dump point at the park. Please refrain from depositing in our toilet or laundry area. A dump point is located at the Visitor Information Centre on Lindsay Street.
Noise
A curfew on noise applies between 10pm – 8am for the benefit of all.
Smoke Free
Smoking is not permitted inside the onsite buildings, enclosed areas or pool area. Please smoke in the designated areas.
Pets
Pets must be kept on a reasonable length leash and controlled at all times. Please pick up your pet’s mess immediately and dispose of it in the bins provided. You need to take your pet’s with you at all times and not leave them unattended.
Pool
It is essential to supervise children at all times. The salt water pool is open until 9pm each night.
Trees
While all inspections and management are undertaken of trees throughout the year, Boab Caravan Park will not accept any responsibility for damages caused or that may occur from fallen branches/trees.

Speed Limit
Driving speed is a maximum of 8 km/h (a walking pace) in the park.
Visitors
We aim to keep this caravan park secure for our Guests. Please advise reception of visitors before they enter the park. If you have visitors, please ask them to park across the road from the park. Visitor’s cars are not permitted in the park.
Laundry
Washing machines and dryers are available at 4 x $1 coins per cycle. Dryers also accept $2 coins. Clothes lines are provided, please do not attach hanging rope between trees.
Clothes Lines
Located outside the amenities block on the grassed area for your use.
Rubbish
General Waste and Recycling bins are located throughout the park and emptied regularly. Please leave no trace
Water Usage
Water in Australia is a precious commodity. Please conserve your usage and use water wisely.
